Advanced Scheduling Module Terms

Definitions

Licensor - PlayIt Software Ltd
Module - Advanced Scheduling Module
the Software - PlayIt Live or PlayIt Manager
Purchase - Purchase of a recurring subscription, entitling you to use the Module in the Software during the active period of the subscription; OR, a one time paid perpetual purchase, entitling you to use the Module indefinitely in the Software.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the Module in the Software was as many users as your Purchase entitles you. The number of users with which you are entitled to use the Module is determined by your Purchase. A user refers to a user using the software concurrently at a particular radio station. So, if you are running 2 stations, both with Advanced Scheduling, you would require a 2 x user Purchase.

If you want to use the Module with more users than your Purchase allows, you must notify the Licensor and upgrade your Purchase accordingly.

You are entitled to a free 14 (fourteen) day trial to evaluate the Module. You have the responsibility to familarise yourself with the key functions of the Module before making a Purchase. You shall bear the risk as to whether the Module meets your individual requirements and needs. The functional hardware and software environment for the Software shall be your sole responsibility.

Recurring Payments

You acknowledge and agree that some or all of the Software may be offered on a subscription model, with automatic renewal of your Purchase at the end of each recurring period ("Renewal Date"). By accepting such offer you authorise the Licensor to charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account now and at each Renewal Date.

The Licensor will always notify you of any price increases, prior to charging your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

Your subscription will continue and be renewed automatically until such a time as you elect to cancel the subscription, prior to a Renewal Date. Upon cancellation, your licence will remain active until the next Renewal Date when your credit/debit card or PayPal account will not be charged. On this Renewal Date, your licence will expire and the Software will cease to function in full. You have the right to cancel your subscription and recurring payments at any time. To begin using the Software once the subscription has expired you must make a new Purchase.

Refund Policy

You acknowledge that you, through the use of the free trial/demo, have had opportunity to test the Module in the Software prior to making a Purchase. There are no returns or cancellations for your Purchase of the Module for the Software from the Licensor. All sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable except as otherwise determined by the Licensor in its sole discretion.

You further acknowledge and agree that some or all of the Licensor's products may be offered on a subscription model, subject to recurring payments and that you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription after the beginning of a paid license period, does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for that license period. If you do not cancel your recurring payment subscription before a Renewal Date, you are not entitled to a refund for the recurring payment charged to your credit/debit card or PayPal account on that Renewal Date. You have the sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
