Can I trial the modules before purchasing?

Yes, each module can be evaluated before purchasing. The Remote Management and Advanced Scheduling modules can be trialled for 14 days. The Voice Tracking module is functional but will be overlaid with an audio watermark to prevent it being used for broadcast before purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

How much does it cost to purchase PlayIt Live?

Some functionality of PlayIt Live is available for free-of-charge. If you wish to unlock all its functionality you should purchase the Premium Module Bundle above. Depending how you wish to pay, this costs US$450 per year, US$75 per month or US$1874 for a lifetime licence.

Can I purchase once and use the software to run multiple radio stations?

No, you are required to purchase an additional user/server seat for each station you want to use the module on. So, for example, if you wish to use remote voice tracking on 2 radio stations, you should select 2 users when purchasing the Voice Tracking module.

Do I need the Voice Tracking Module and the Remote Management Module for remote voice tracking?

No, for remote voice tracking you only need the Voice Tracking Module.

I have 20 presenters who might remote voice track. Do I need to purchase a subscription for each of them?

No, the Voice Tracking Module is priced per concurrent user. This means that you only need to purchase for the number of users who will be voice tracking at the same time. Alternatively, you can purchase the Premium Module Bundle which has no limit on the number of concurrent remote voice tracking users.

I don't have a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Do you accept bank/wire transfers?

We accept bank or wire transfers for lifetime licences only. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I pay for a lifetime licence in installments?

We do not provide a direct method of paying in installments. If paying by PayPal, and you are eligible, you may be offered the option to Pay in 3. This allows you to split your purchase into three payments.

Do you offer volume discounts for multiple radio stations?

Are there any educational or non-profit discounts available?

Yes, we offer special pricing for educational institutions and registered non-profit organizations. Please contact us with proof of your status to discuss discounted rates.

What happens to my software if I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the modules until the end of your current billing period. After that, the premium features will be disabled, but you can continue using the free functionality of software.

If I purchase individual modules now, can I upgrade to the Premium Module Bundle later?

Yes, you can upgrade from individual modules to the Premium Module Bundle at any time. Contact us for assistance with the upgrade process and to discuss any potential credit for your existing licences.

Are there any hidden costs or additional fees beyond the advertised pricing?

No, the prices listed include all features described in the module descriptions. There are no hidden fees or additional costs required to use the software as described. Regular updates are included, and you get email support while your subscription is active and for six months after the purchase of a lifetime licence.

Is technical support included in the pricing?

Yes, email support is included with all active subscriptions and for six months after the purchase of a lifetime licence. For organisations requiring priority or extended support coverage, we offer premium support packages for an additional fee.

What does "No commitment. Cancel anytime." mean?

This means our monthly and annual subscriptions don't lock you into a long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription online at any point and will not be charged for future billing periods. You'll retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid period (either the month or year, depending on your subscription type). There are no cancellation fees or penalties for ending your subscription early.

What is the complimentary expert session included with Premium Module Bundle annual subscriptions and lifetime licenses?

When you purchase a Premium Module Bundle annual subscription or lifetime license, you'll receive a complimentary expert session valued at US$125. This exclusive one-hour consultation provides you with professional setup assistance and customised guidance. During this session, you can get help configuring your system, receive personalised recommendations for your specific broadcasting needs, or ask any technical questions you may have. This session helps ensure you get the most out of your investment from day one.

The expert session is conducted remotely via Zoom and/or TeamViewer, allowing us to not only discuss your setup but also directly assist with configuration if needed.

Upon completing your annual subscription or lifetime licence purchase, you'll automatically receive an email with a link to book your session at a time convenient for you.

Note: This complimentary expert session is not available with monthly subscriptions.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to take advantage of the discounted annual rate. To switch your billing type, simply cancel your current subscription before the renewal date and then restart with your preferred new billing type.
