Aux Input in PlayIt Live allows you to incorporate live audio from external input devices on your computer directly into your broadcast. This feature is particularly useful for integrating live news feeds from external providers, such as IRN or Sky News, typically received via satellite.

When you set up an Aux Input item in your playout log, you can specify the input device to pull audio from, which can be either a stereo or mono device. You also have the option to set a specific duration for how long the live audio feed should play. For example, you could configure the Aux Input to play a live news feed for exactly 2 minutes before automatically stopping.
