When setting up a Hook Sequence, you can specify the number of songs to include, the target duration for the entire sequence, and the track group from which to select songs. You can also choose between different types of sequences, such as random selection from a track group or a "Coming Up" sequence that previews upcoming tracks. Additionally, you can add intro and outro elements to bookend your Hook Sequence, creating a polished, professional sound.

To use Hook Sequences effectively, you'll need to define hook start and end points for your tracks. This ensures that PlayIt Live plays the most recognisable or catchy part of each song in the sequence. You can add Hook Sequences to your clocks or playout log, allowing for automated insertion of these promotional elements into your broadcast schedule.
