When you connect PlayIt Live to a remote management server, it switches to using a separate 'synced' database, distinct from the normal 'local' database. This allows you to access and work with the shared data from the remote server. As changes are made via the remote management server, they are immediately applied to your connected PlayIt Live instance, ensuring all connected systems stay up-to-date.

One key benefit of this feature is that it enables collaborative work across different locations. For example, you can have one machine designated as the "on-air" machine for audio playback and scheduling, while other connected instances can be used for planning and preparation.
