PlayIt Manager allows you to manage the Playout Log remotely for your PlayIt Live system. The Playout Log is a detailed schedule of all items to be played, including tracks, adverts, and other content.
Using PlayIt Manager's web interface, you can view and edit the Playout Log from any browser with internet access. You can select specific date ranges to view or edit, and make changes to scheduled items. This includes adding, removing, or reordering tracks, adjusting play times, and modifying segues. You can also manually schedule items, import logs from external sources, or use the scheduling feature to automatically generate the log based on your Clocks and Playout Pattern.
It's important to note that these Playout Log management capabilities are also available through the built-in remote access server in PlayIt Live. If you are only running one instance of PlayIt Live, you don't need to install PlayIt Manager separately to manage your Playout Log remotely. The built-in server in PlayIt Live provides the same functionality, allowing you to fine-tune your broadcast schedule from anywhere with an internet connection.
