Encoder plug in
Make it so we can disable or repair a fault within the encoder when we start streams. Currently, we can only switch off the streams to make any changes, which means shutting down the output to every station in the stream which is not practical. Sometimes a connection fails and we can't disable a stream without stopping all the streams and then disabling it. Being able to select a stream and make changes (even if it's only to disable that one stream) would be really useful.
