Lock played tracks so they cannot be deleted from the payout log
Tracks/Adverts that have been played can be deleted from the playout list. This could cause issues with Ofcom. Could, once a item has played out be locked so it cannot be deleted from the system. The only way it could be removed is via a Database cleanup. This is ONLY for tracks that have played out.
