Time Adjust Facility in playout.
Say 20 secs to enable tracks to play on an Internet Radio Station stream at the correct time. i.e. to allow for intenenet delay between computer and radio play. i.e. top of hour time check needs to be played out before the top of the hour (approx. 20 secs before for me but time delay does vary depending on internet speed!!)

The ability to set or offset a clock would also be useful when recording "as live" programmes.
