2 Type Encoder
There Would be an encoder with icecast and shoutcast, but you have the option to broadcast from your Soundcard or Play It Live. Play It Live = Evreything that plays from play it live is encoded. (This would be useful if someone is a internet only station without encoders). Soundcard = Evreything that plays though your soundcard is encoded. (This would be usefull if people have mixers)
