PlayIt Live's User Management feature allows you to create and control multiple user accounts within the software. You can set up different levels of access for various team members, ensuring that each user has the appropriate permissions for their role.
With User Management, you can create unique usernames and passwords for each staff member. You have the option to grant administrative privileges to trusted users, allowing them full access to all features. For other users, you can customise their access rights, including which hours they're permitted to use remote voice tracking or access the system via Remote Studio. This granular control helps maintain security and prevents accidental changes to critical settings or content.
If a staff member leaves your organisation, you can easily disable their account without affecting other users or system settings.
