The PlayIt Software Plugin Gallery ("Plugin Gallery") is an online marketplace for PlayIt Software plugins ("Plugins"). Plugins are small extensions to software to enhance the capabilities of the software. By visiting the PlayIt Software Plugin Gallery website (or embedded page directly from within PlayIt Software products), you agree that your visiting and use of the Plugin Gallery website is governed by the legally binding terms and conditions described in these Plugin Gallery Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), which you acknowledge represents an agreement between you and PlayIt Software Ltd ("PlayIt Software"). If you are agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms of Use, and the terms "you" and "your" will refer to that company or organization. If you do not have that authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you may not use and you must leave the Plugin Gallery.

IF YOU USE THE PLAYIT SOFTWARE PLUGIN GALLERY, INCLUDING ANY ASSOCIATED PLUGINS, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

The Plugin Gallery

In the Plugin Gallery, you can access, browse, purchase and/or download Plugins. Plugins also include any updates, upgrades and other changes thereto and versions thereof that you later use or download from the Plugin Gallery. PlayIt Software may make some Plugins available via the Plugin Gallery at no charge and others for a price.

Using and Downloading Plugins

To order a new plugin you must log into your PlayIt Software account. After you order a Plugin and pay any corresponding fees to PlayIt Software, you may use and/or download the Plugin for your use on the computer on which you have chosen to licence. Running the plugin on multiple computers will require a new Plugin purchase and/or download for each computer.

Payment for Plugins

For Plugins available for purchase, payment is securely handled on behalf of PlayIt Software by Stripe or PayPal depending on the chosen option. Your card details or PayPal login credentials are never sent to PlayIt Software. Stripe and PayPal are both certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Use and Restrictions on Plugins

Plugins are bound to the same use and restrictions as the product in which it is install. You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Plugin (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),
- create derivative works based on the Plugin;
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Plugin;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Plugin.

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of any purchased or downloaded Plugins.

The Plugin is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Plugin is borne by you. Should the Plugin prove defective, you and not PlayIt Software assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

PLAYIT SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin shall remain in PlayIt Software, unless otherwise stated. The Plugin is protected by international copyright treaties.
