Cascade playout in Decks mode
Similar to the playlist feature have a down arrow appear beneath the decks to allow a user to either activate cascade (automatically start next audio deck after previous one completes) or deactivate the cascade. Using the same icons that are used in Playlist mode would make usage intuitive.
