PlayIt Live allows you to save your scheduled content as a file for backup or transfer purposes. You can access this feature through the Edit Playout Log window by clicking the Export button.

When exporting, you can choose between two formats: PlayIt Playout Log Format or Plain Text Format. The PlayIt Playout Log Format is useful if you plan to import the log back into PlayIt Live at a different time or on another system. The Plain Text Format is ideal for sharing schedule information with presenters or other staff members who don't need to modify the log directly.

To use this feature, select the date range you want to export and choose your preferred format. PlayIt Live will then generate a file containing all the scheduled items within that timeframe. This exported log can serve as a record of your broadcast schedule or help you recreate a specific playlist in the future.

The playout log can also be exported from the main interface by clicking on the three dots icon for the hour and selecting Export Playout Log.
