PlayIt Recorder's Bleed Time feature allows you to add extra minutes to the beginning and end of your scheduled recordings. This ensures that you capture the full content of your broadcasts, even if there are slight variations in programme timing.
To use Bleed Time, go to the Settings window and look for the "Bleed time" option. Here, you can specify the number of minutes you want to add to both the start and end of each scheduled recording. For example, if you set a bleed time of 2 minutes, a programme scheduled to record from 9:00 to 10:00 will actually record from 8:58 to 10:02.
This feature is particularly useful for capturing content that might start slightly early or run a bit over time. It helps prevent the loss of important audio at the beginning or end of programmes, ensuring your logs are complete and continuous. By providing this buffer, Bleed Time gives you peace of mind that your recordings will include all necessary content, even with minor scheduling inconsistencies.
