Secondary track or cart schedule/segue

I have a couple of reasons to play a second audio file(s) continuously under the main output, or have two tracks playing independently but together in the playlist. One reason we do this is we transmit a continuous super-audio tone (21kHz at -24dB) ...

m3u is a live link in which remote broadcast is done from any location and can be put into a schedule for beginning and ending time or the remote broadcaster can stop the live broadcast and the automation returns back to regular program.

For Dance stations who don't want to play full length tracks with several minutes of "beats" at the end of each track. Need to cut all tracks at around 4 mins for example!

The ability to "play any file" in "manual" mode

The cart loading process allows you to pick a file that is not in the library. The same dialogue/process should be available for the empty white box in "manual" mode.

The same Cart Wall whether docked or detached

At the moment, the two cart walls (docked/detached) are completely separate but I'd like to see them contain the same carts so you don't have to keep two separate sets if you want to sometimes have it docked and sometimes not. (If that makes sense!)
