Stop all audio button and Size of the "Move to next page"

Increase the size of the "Move to next page" button and also add the stop all audio button. For people who use Cartwall on the touch screen.

For PlayIt Cartwall, having the ability to pause and resume playing a clip, without starting over, would be a great addition

I use PlayIt Cartwall to play clips into a live audio quiz show online. Sometimes you may want to play a clip and only give part of a clue, stop, give time for participants to answer, and then play the rest of the clue without starting over.
